The Info Dump is a newsletter for curious generalists like me, people navigating a specialized world with too many interests, too much curiosity, and an increasingly strong conviction that this is a feature, not a bug.
It’s written by me, Kassandra, a fintech product person at a global bank, podcast host, ADHD brain, autoimmune warrior, dog mom, and person who has strong opinions about both financial product design and what to cook on a low-energy Tuesday.
Topics covered here: the human cost of bad fintech design, what ADHD actually looks like in a professional life, Dobermans, chronic illness and the variable economy, habit-forming technology and whether it helps or harms, food as a coping mechanism worth taking seriously, and whatever else is currently living rent-free in my brain.
What you won’t find: productivity content that assumes a neurotypical body and a linear life. I tried that and failed. So now I am realistic with who I am and how I show up in the world. No wellness advice that ignores economic reality. No one has extra cash for expensive crap they won’t use. Hot takes for engagement. Too busy for that. Any suggestion that the answer to your problems is to want it more.
Published twice a month or more when I have energy to get on a writing streak. Community members get a members-only issue, a monthly live call, a weekly accountability thread, and a resource drop every month. Oh and podcast episodes that will take you on a journey with me down a rabbit hole!
If you’ve ever felt like you’re too much for one room and not enough for another, you’re in the right place.
